I did’nt get. I am waiting for order
I love my merchandise from Barista Space. In hindsight, I wish I got the larger milk jug as opposed to the smaller 250ml one. That's my fault but I couldn't judge the size of it by pictures. The reason I gave the products a 4-star review is not because of the products themselves, they are truly beautiful and well crafted. I got the Milk Jug engraved with my logo, but in the email, I also asked if the cups I purchased could also be engraved with my logo. The communication was broken, because they didn't acknowledge that part of my request and I got cups that now say Barista Space when I wanted them to match the milk jug with my logo. At least if they replied and said they couldn't, that would have been a different story, but they replied that they received my logo. From this, I was thinking I was getting everything in my logo not just the jug. More careful communication from all parties involved would have led to better understanding. I still love their products and will buy from them again.
